Ordering Information

When you place an order this site it will normally be dispatched within 3 - 5 working days providing the items are in stock. If the items are out of stock you will be contacted with an estimated date for these to come in to stock and given the option to cancel the order, have a substitute or have the order dispatched when the item (s) come into stock.
Please allow 28 days for delivery of personalised items or items made to order including our handmade wedding favours, should you require them before this time please contact us before ordering so we can advise if this is possible.

We do not refund delivery charges for items that are delayed unless the full order is cancelled. Your item(s) will be delivery via Royal Mail or via a courier it is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to sign for or receive the delivery or to collect this from the relevant distribution centre or post office. In the event that an item goes missing in transit a replacement will be sent as soon as available or the option to cancel the order will be given.
 
Note:  This site uses a choice of PayPal or Google Checkout for secure payments and therefore we do not see or store any card details.  When ordering over the telephone card details are entered straight into the card machine and not stored.

Returns Information

In the unfortunate event that your items are damaged, faulty or the wrong item has been sent we will offer a full refund on receipt of the goods or a replacement for the faulty/damaged goods with no further delivery charges.
Please return the good to us within 30 days from receipt of the faulty item.
In the event that you no longer need the items, they are not liked or you made an error when ordering you may return them and a refund for the product cost will be given. Please return the good to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt.  We apologise but with returns of this nature we are unable to refund the original delivery charge or the postage costs in sending the item(s) back.
 
Unfortunately we cannot refund personalised items unless they are faulty or are delivered more than 2 days later than our expected delivery time stated for personalised items.

Please note:

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. (unless the item is faulty or damaged)

Please contact us before returning your items for a return authorisation and address for the return of your items

Please include your order number and the reason for return to speed up the processing of your replacement product or refund.
